Most agencies won't tell you their fees until you're already talking to them. Ours are here, in full, because we think that's how trust works.

| Placement fee | Once, on a confirmed match | 15% of first month's salary |
| Monthly processing fee | Every month, while the placement is active | 3% of monthly salary (2% employer, 1% nanny) |
| Browsing, matching, re-matching | Any time within 14 days of a placement starting | Free |
| Emergency placement premium | Sub-1-hour matching, elite nannies only | 25% of first day's rate (min. KES 1,000) |
| Late cancellation | Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice | KES 500 flat fee |
Free re-matching, 14 days — If it doesn't work out in the first two weeks, we re-match you at no extra placement fee.
