1. How long will it take to hire someone?

Once you tell us what your household needs, matching typically takes just a few days. Browse nannies and housekeepers or register to get started.

2. Where do you get your nannies and housekeepers?

We recruit from trusted community networks, referrals from families and workers who already use our service, and our own website. Candidates seek us out because they want to work with a reputable service that connects them with genuine, verified households.

3. What does your service cost?

We charge a one-time placement fee of 15% of the first month’s salary once a match is confirmed, plus a small monthly processing fee (2% from the employer, 1% from the worker) while the placement stays active. Browsing and matching is free. See our full pricing details.

4. How do you screen your nannies and housekeepers?

Every candidate goes through identity verification and background screening before being matched with a family, so you can hire with confidence.

5. What types of training do your nannies and housekeepers receive?

Our training resources include an initial orientation and guidance on common household chores, first-aid, child safety, security and age-appropriate care, prepared by our human capital consultants and child care professionals.

6. What happens if our nanny or housekeeper doesn’t work out?

Every placement is covered by our re-matching guarantee: if it doesn’t work out within the first 14 days, we’ll re-match you with a new candidate at no extra placement fee.
